I had Metallica in game as my band and few days later when I started Metallica wasn't neither in my bands or all bands but band members can be seen in Band Members option.Pls help.

This is more of a visual issue. The artist is still in the game, but not in the roster for Your Artists nor Music World. There hasn't been a way to fix it, other than make a new game and hope it doesn't happen again.

 

I experienced this too, but would happen only when I select the artist database to be large.
