Game Stopped Working

When I tried to sim 1 week, the game stops responding suddenly and is forced to close. Why is that so? I can't seem to play it like usual after the latest patch.

Where did the problem occur? What section of the game.

Can you replicate it again. If so please provide the steps.

Did the game generate an errorlog? If so can you send it?

I don't understand ... section? For me, it just won't pass that one week, I don't know why. There is actually no errorlog generated for this one. Hmm ...

I have already sent you the .r2s file through email ... are you sure you didn't receive the attached files? Cause I have sent them to you twice already. Something must be wrong with the email.
