Adding a New Years Eve show

I don't know if this would be considered a festival or just a random event that would take place, but having a new years eve event for each country would be cool.  Same a most things, random artists or bands would perform giving them a boost to reputation and possibly some hype to the song(s) they perform?

I think Superbowl sounds great, but would a new years party in every country not slow the game down a lot?

Small things like this will be added but its small and on the list. What version I do not know yet.
