No matter how many times I configure my artist, I cannot get good production value from them.

Not sure if a bug or if I'm missing another factor in the game.

 

I've tried on a few different saves/custom stats and cant get them out of the 40s.

Recorded at Shanghai, Ocean Way, or BKP - Studios with AVGs of 80+.
