Hi all. Long time player, first time caller.

Wasn't able to find a clear answer to this question. I've got 2 individuals on my shortlist I would like to place into a band - is it possible to put them into a band directly? Do I need to sign them and then move them into a band? Is there anything I can do? Thanks.
