High sales and reputation

I don't know if it's a bug... but my artist has a 5% reputation in some countries and debuted at no. 1 there or around the top 10.

All countries of North America, Africa, I think that both independent of the reputation for high debuts. Quality is around 70-80

So a few things to consider.

Good songs should be rewarded but they shouldnt have longlevity. High rep artists will get that if the track is good enough.

Then you have to consider what else is being sold this week. I will look at more tweaks in the future though im sure its not perfect by any means.
