Releasing a single doesn't work

So i tried to release a single. I went through all phases, and then at the screen with the final costs etc. i couldn't click on release the song. So i clicked on it 2 more time, and here is the result. The song i made had a normal ratings in production phase, yet here it shows that it has 0 everywhere. I also added a "cover art" and it doesn't show up. The same happened to the previous single - Marilyn Monroe. Make Believe was an attempt if it will be ok with the next single, and it wont. As you can see, after siming a next week, the "singles" unite into one, yet it still shows 0 everywhere etc.

So you click 3 times and it created 3 seperate items which has made it go mad. Sounds like some lag when creating the item.

I'll look to add more protection here.

this also happened in 1.2 when i clicked 99 times to make a deluxe album and then there were 99 deluxe albums in their catalogue
