when ever i add some radio shows, studios and tv shows it duplicates them so i have 4 studios of the same and 5 of the same radio station

In custom databases, clicking the add button one too many times can cause duplication.

 

Just delete the items you added in the database and re-add them, that should do the trick. If not, delete all the new items you created, make a new database from import, and add it through there.
