Save is Gone

Hi! So I booted the game up today, but when I went to my most recent save, it had 0 hours on it and had erased all data on it. I loaded the save to see if it was just showing the numbers wrong, but it now starts the game with no artists and at the date January 20th, 0001. When I sim a day, the game crashes. Is there anyway to recover this save?

 

Edit: Another weird thing I noticed. My artists are still on the charts, so they're still there, I just can't control them.

So some data is split across databases. I can see the .r2s file is corrupted. It must have had an error and terminating mid save. Im starting to think rolling saves is the answer when problems like this occur.
