'Money earned' and too user many points

I own 99% of my company and paid a dividend of around $400 million expecting most of that to show up in my money earned but as you can see it's still zero.

 

Also my user points are maxed out, one even at 101% and I still keep getting more.

Not a massive issue but maybe there should be an upper limit, even so you can't achieve 100 in each category.
