This problem is very concerning for me. Can you please tell me if you have had this issue and then provided me with more information.

 

Run diagnostics in the game and paste it in your post.

What anti virus are you running?

 

Did you do anything before saving?

Is auto save on or off?

Do you have an errror log, if so please send me.

 

How do you know if you have a save issue, if all chart info, or all tour info etc is missing.

Weird thing was after my brother created a new game. Everything was back...but I restarted my save file and it works now

This is the second time a save of mine has crashed. The first time my balance went from $500 million to 0 dollars and the date was January 1, 0001. The second time, it won't even load even after I previously saved it before closing the game. I am not currently running any anti-viruses.

That was my error log and this is my diagnositcs:

Processor count: 2

OS Version: Microsoft Windows NT 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1

Motherboard: PEGATRON CORPORATION

Physical Memory: 4096MB

CPU Speed: 0.798

CPU Manufacturer: AuthenticAMD

 

Im not sure what anti viruses im running.

Auto Save is on.
