I just downloaded the new patch, now I can't choose any regions when I want to hold an audition.

I thought it was a bug, but then I started a new save, I can do it. I'm not sure what happened to be honest with the save that I started before the new patch. I deleted the save as well since I can't do anything basically. I'm not sure if this only happened to me.

 

Just a question, will future patches messes my save? because the last patch kinda did.
