How to stop the skip for important things

I had set the game to skip for a month to allow my artists to rest but while it was skipping one was offered a soundtrack. I missed the chance to do something.

 

Is there a way to skip days but it'll stop for offers or other options?

I was going to completely redo how you send songs to a soundtrack, one of the parts was to force a stop. For now ill see if I can put in a game stop from simming in the meantime.
