Artist stops gaining fans

I noticed that the artists I create stop gaining fans on facebook and Twitter, they're selling lots of records, radio interviews, festivals, etc. but they stop gaining fans.

I see 0%, it doesn't decrease but it just stops increasing

To add I think the problem was hype went to 100 very quick for them incorrectly so giving the wrong impression.
