Game cant go past certain date?

My game won't go past January 20th. I tried twice and thought it just took long. I left the game for 5 hours and still nothing, the wheel keeps spinning and text keeps changing but nothing else moves and also can't open menu like usual. My game just won't go further than this.

I had the same issue, but on a different date. But after reloading a couple of times it fixed it for me. After the latest update it hasnt happened again

There was a serious issue with retirements.

 

So the main areas which like to go a bit mental are start of xfactor, retirement milestones etc. The best thing to do is setup auto save and if you have a problem send me the save and let me know the date. I have done literally hundreds of tests I can only spot it if it happens so in your case the save will allow me to do that.

 

The latest update fixed retirements but mainly 1st Jan.

I managed to get to jan 23rd. And it keeps doing the same things for 3 tries now. It's getting annoying :#
