If the error logs are like the previous version and under the editor section in the program files, then no, I do not have any error logs.

Can you confirm you have tried the following.

 

1. Uninstall. Delete the folder completely.

2. Make sure no other installation exists.

3. Reinstall game.

4. Try running as administrator.

Windows 10, and I have made sure no other installation exists. I have reinstalled multiple times, but I have not tried to run it as an administrator. I will try that.
