On the latest patch, AGM now worked when simming but after the first vote, it would go back to the start and allow you to do it a second time in the same year.

I don't think back and forth has anything to do with it, as I tried to replicate the error again (I most likely did click on "start making the video" multiple times). On the final screen, the confirmation button does not always work when you click on it. When that happens, I would click on it a few more times, and nothing happens. However, I think that is what lead to the video showing multiple times in the video stats screen.

Others may have their own methods, but this is what I would do: Go to finances, and either go public or seek investment from the bank. That should give you enough cash to start out with. If you only have 1 artist, you only need to give up at most 5-10%. There's a bug with re-ordering stock, but when that is fixed, you can order less initially, and re-order stock when you need it. Also, move up the release dates to as early as possible (there's no point having a spread-out release date, when you need money as soon as possible). Also, if you have enough to spare after all that, I would recommend looking for a second artist (my advice: high songwriting, high live/recording, but low-medium reputation). There are a few that are unsigned that can are a bargain, with a very low sign-on fee. With decent song writing and producing, you can get very high ratings on your songs (mid-80s/high 90s) to release. Even if their reputation are in the 20s, you can make a decent profit with them. Finally, you will need more staff... I have not found the perfect number, but increase the number as you are growing.

This also happened to me when I press back and forth when I was debating which options to use when making a video. However, it works fine for me I do not go back and forth.

The patch allowed me to order more stock for my first single, but it did not work starting with the second single.
