This happens to me, but I find that restarting the game and loading your game back up, the duplicates will disappear.

Go to produced songs, select the one you produced for the soundtrack and a button will appear to submit it.

Good idea. I agree with you I experimented with one of my artists. I got them to release some country songs which were 5-6 million sellers in europe but did poor every where else. I also experimented them with reggae songs and they were big sellers as well. I find almost anything I release with my artists always sells more in europe than anywhere else. In fact, their reputation often increases quicker in Europe, even if I don't release anything.

I am personally not having an error about the sql file but fingers crossed the patch helps and I can play the game. Much appreciated.
