Ok so the problem is reflected in your errorlog. What version are you running? There is a data problem in there I think was fixed a number of weeks back now so maybe its just old. Apart from that I see a db corruption like due to same thing and more recently there appears to be something wrong with your installtion as some folders are not there. Do you have a save I can look at?

So 15% is at a point where its creating the artists. I would recommend a Small/Medium db size. If you have an error log if you can post and attach it?

Ive had to do some serious work here, ive uncovered a really bad issue and it will not be fixable for saved games but only new ones but ive sorted this finally.

Do you have a save if this tour rehersal still doesnt work? I have never been able to hit this problem.

So you created a new group in the editor right? If you load the editor again does it show 100?

Yeah I think there is so much that can be done with Tours and it need reworking, these are good ideas.

I have fixed a bug which would only affecting games starting in some situations this might cover this one. -
