Put SoundCloud to use!

SoundCloud should be much more than a cheap marketing approach.  Unsigned artists and bands should be trying to work their way up to be noticed by record labels and with that in mind, that should be able to release music via SoundCloud. Much like State of Dance, we should be able to view some of the hottest independent artists and what the top tracks are.

 

We could also direct our scouts to specifically scout for artists that are promoting themselves on SoundCloud and to keep an eye on shortlist candidates to see how well their music does from time to time.
