I was also thinking about a Music Video Charts and the ability to create TV Channels around the world (like MTV, CMT, BET, MuchMusic). And YouTube as well. The popularity of the video would increase the song performance at the charts.

@Mark what do you think about making the game with three different modes? PHYSICAL ERA: The physical era ends in 2003. After that year, physical sales will start decreasing and digital sales will increase slowly as the simulation passes. DIGITAL ERA: Ends in 2015. After that year, digital sales will start decreasing and streaming consumption will increase slowly as the simulation passes. If someone starts playing in 1990, they can see their artist transitioning from physical to digital; digital to streaming eras.

is there a way to edit a relationship of an artist? or is that not possible?

Here's what i want/suggest for the new R2S - Singles/Albums than can reach 10m copies in US (certified diamond) - Ability to cancel tour dates - Tour legs (ex. Asian leg, North American leg, European leg) - Vegas Residency - More tour dates (maximum 150) - Higher Tour ticket price - Promotion's impact on charts for singles/albums(bigger promotions = higher charting) - Being able to submit artists/songs/albums for awards - Best Selling Artist list (yearly and of all Time) The current game is great but i am excited for the release of R2S 2. Will definitely support it on steam.

Seconding deluxe albums, special editions, remixing sonsg, leaked songs, and non-single videos. Explicit vs. clean would be cool if it automatically applied the "Explicit" sticker in the corner of CD covers with the toggle of a button. Might also be fun to do visual albums, concert films and documentaries, a la Eras Tour film or Beyonce's Renaissance film. Stage names would be super sick. Cancelling or delaying the release of an album if you decide the rollout isn't going to your liking. Joint albums and tours for artists on your label could also be cool.

I am also having this issue. It is June 2024 in my game but every video for all artists refuses to film until January 5th 2025.

When i click download it say wait for the download to start and I've waited 30 mins and still no download. Anyone know what the issue is?

Working on a fictional mod with one of my closest friends for R2S2 going to show some images off but I am working one 2 other mods for another game so time my be bit tight and will be taking breaks but new year going to do some renders so excited!!
