Questions about the suggestions

Are you adding pre-orders suggestion to this version like you said you would ? I would like that to be added in the game when albums/singles (digital only) are available for pre-orders and could probably have an additional pre-order chart.

 

Can we also have more than 17 tracks to be added when making an album to probably almost to 20 or 30 songs?

 

And can artists who are songwriters/producers or both, could they have the ability to write or produce songs for other artists as well ? like timbaland he's a producers but also makes his own music and he also produce for other artists as well. The artists have to receive from money from the artists they produce or write for which depends on the relationship where maybe the artist dont have to pay the money.

Pre orders is being worked out at the moment i am not sure how ill implement it at the moment but data space is there ready.

 

Track limits will remain for this version. It adds a significant overhead to processing so unless I can reduce this not just yet.

 

I want artist producing and writing for others yes but another thing that might have to wait.

 

1.2 is taking far longer than I wanted for various reasons but I hope to progress when ive hopefully passed an exam next week.

-Critical Reception of an album/Single Should Be Tweaked As well. Like rolling Stones , NME, Allmusic, Entertainment weekly etc usually review album/singles all the time by giving them ratings while some use stars and some grade them. I think you should have critics react to the artists materials by giving it compliments under each critic and show what each critic have to say about the record. If the material is positive the sells would increased however if the material is negative it could have an affect on sales.

This part of the game sucks, but wont be heavily updated in 1.2. Magazines will come into the game, to what full extent will be revealed later.

This will be my last suggestion I will make before 1.2 is released...

-Are you going to add more award types and more award shows and can the data handle more than 10 items of awards for the run of the show maybe up to 15 or 20 ? Can more festivals be added as well

-Will there be an interactive mode to see how critics and audiences react to the artist's material like music wars did ? Can we see have an option to see how the award show runs live and that the artist or band give a speech if they win an award or if they go on tours we want to see how the audience/critics react to the songs and the show overall ?

-Will an artist/band discography would look different this time and will it look how it look when viewing an artist/band wikipedia and the numbers an album/single etc charted ?

-Can some songs chart even though they are not released as singles ? Some songs by alot of artists would chart due to most digital downloads of it and it would chart even though the artist havent released as singles. Can it be released as singles and have a music video by an artist/ban by choice ?

I can add more awards or festivals, if you have some you can tell me a site for details ill look into it.

Not for 1.2 but this area needs reworking on how it is now. I am not sure about this feature in music wars you talk about as I dont play that game.

Not quiet due to space restrictions but it is now different.

No not at this stage however I am looking at airplay and how I can bring it into the game but it wont make 1.2. Charts at the moment are purely down to sales or videos tbc as I am yet to get to that bit.

I've just discovered this game and I have to say it's fantastic.  I can't wait for 1.2 to be released (I'm most looking forward to the back catalogue feature).
