a very strange thing happened to me, my new single went out of sale after 4 weeks

Do you have a save in a folder called backup under the save folder? is it before it went off sale as I like to have a look?

I think I don't have it, because I don't know how it is activated before starting a new game

This just happened to me to.

the single 100/99/100 is off sale with 28days, it was #1 in the charts and just got off sale.

i'll send the save with one week before this happens.

I'm using this game file to make tests about sales, hype and logevity of releses. Until now, this only happened to single, albuns looks ok.
