When choosing to release a physical copy of a song/album. I have to sell copies everywhere. I only want to sell copies in Europe, Australia and North America but it makes me sell copies in every continent or wont let me move on in the release section

This is now possible in the next patch. You must select a manufacturer still in case you decide you want to order stock later.
