Reputation Not Going Up

I've been heavily promoting my artists in all of europe and it's still showing a low amount however when i check individual countries in europe they all say 100

Is this a band member on hiatus at all or auditioned artist?

If its europe in particular then its fixed. This could have also affected north america and south america but mainly europe.
