Useful additions to the editor

It would be great to be able to choose several options on each category for award elements. For example to be able to set Best R&B/Pop Single, Best French/Belgian Act, Best South America/Mexico/Spain Single...

Also it could be interesting to set awards by language, so one can maybe add the Latin Grammys with Best Single in Spanish and Best Single in Portuguese (more properly best single by an artist who speaks Spanish, but that's better than nothing).

Ok so this isnt a editor thing per say its a game design. Awards will get a complete rewrite, it did not have one for 1.3.

It would be great to be able to set hiatus to bands in the editor, especially for retro mods where some bands may actually form (or reunite) some years after the expected beginning.
