- promotion on TV shows have no effect

- my artist has 1% popularity worldwide, and in all saves she debuts at #35 in ALL CHARTS WORLWIDE regardless of the promotion I do.

Did you release it as a single? If you do all the streams will go to the single instead of the album track.

no! I release the album with a only one single, and when the song becomes single, a warning appears, in that case it just didn't appear at all.
