I don't know if it's a bug, but the first single released for the album is not counting streams for the album (there are now 2 versions of this single). The second single was also released before the album but it usually counts: 

 

1st single released before the album:

New version of the single created after the album release:

spacer.png

 

2nd single released before the album:

spacer.png

2nd single counting streams for the album correctly
