Songs with 100 reputation

Is it set up to be easy? 

 

I mean, there is a song by Avril Lavigne with 72 lyrical rating, 87 melody and 84 commercial, and it has a reputation of 100 (in France).

Another song in the charts at #3 has 100 reputation there too. It has 88 88 88 ratings. 

 

So I guess in France these are songs for the ages. 

My thoughts are shouldn't there be at least something elite about the song (95+) in either the lyrics or the melody to warrant to become a legendary song?

It might need tweaking yeah. The game considers a song over 85 as good.

Here I have a screen of an album with 100 reputation in the USA:

As you can see it has below 50 ratings for everything else.

The artist's reputation is 100 however (at least in the USA/North America and a few European countries, including the UK).
