Give labels the ability to cancel tours for a artist or band

For example, the music label buys out Justin Beiber's contract from his currently signed label! Justin Beiber's old label scheduled him to go on tour, the same date range, that you wanted to promote his new music for your label. Your music label can then cancel the tour that his old label scheduled for him.
