Having a hard time releasing a single

I am new to this game. First of all this game is awesome.  NOW however I am having a problem. Is anyone in here having problems releasing a single?  Sometimes when I try to release one I cant seem to confirm the release. I keep pushing the confirm button but it doesnt want to work. I have the money in the account.  Anyone else has noticed a problem with this?

I've had that problem too, but when I do it on monday, it works.

Any trend to this? Ive not heard of this problem before its very new to me. afeltip is it easier on Mondays for you too?

Yes it is easier on Mondays as well. I cant seem to release singles any other day. 

Also whenever I do release to other regions Africa seems to always get left out.. I have to add a distributor and get the management to put in the number of copies, then I can go forward.  The other regions' information has be filled out.
