So I would love to shoot a music video, however it is telling me that I can't create one...

It's telling me that it's not available: "Single Music Videos must be created via the Single Release Screen.

 

However... if I go there, it doesn't say anything about a music video, what do I do wrong?

Go to Single Release Data>Select the single you want to create a music video>Look at the bottom button called "Action">And then click create a music video>follow other instructions as you go on.
