I dont believe you can re-release with new tracks. Shocking im forgetting but pretty certain of that. I'll check later on.

I, on the other hand, can add new tracks to it, but when I press "Confirm Details" in the end nothing happens on screen, but the album is confirmed, you just don't leave the screen and if you press that button again and again the game will release as many albums as you clicked on that, so the artist will exceed the number of albums in the contract and he or her will be droped from the label.
