I am currently in unsolvable debt on my game because I built a distribution facility. It told me it would cost about 135,000,000 and I finally had the money only for it to charge me twice that amount and to send me into debt. I have not saved the game in a while and I have not closed it. Is there any way you can fix this?

Happened to me before, and it was a huge setback. As of now, there hasn't been any solutions other than play from the most recent save before the incident. You can change the value of your balance through a software such as Cheat Engine, but other than that, there hasn't been much.  :-\
