audition stuck running

I just tried to run an audition in my new year, and it tells me I currently have one running.  I don't.  I ran one and it was completed, but it is stuck running I guess.  Not sure if there is a fix to this in my current save, but I wanted to report this.

 

I see nothing to stop the audition, all I can do is click on results and there are a bunch of artists that I don't want to sign.
