I have tried via the band page but it's not an option.

Tried by the 'band member' page but can't do it there either.

 

The game won't progress without an answer too.

 

Am I missing something?

 

 

I can send you the save file if you want with more details.

Updated the game and it wiped my saved games, so it isn't an urgent issue and I can't send you a file.
