What is the best way to build a new artist's career?

Hey!

 

I'm having a hard time to improve new artist's numbers. I tried to put them as the opening for major artists tour (didn't helped - it didn't had any effect), I tried to put them as a featuring on huge artists tracks or to put huge artists on theirs (didn't helped either), tried to pay for air time on huge TV shows and that was the only thing that helped a little bit, but their careers aren't improving. What do you guys do? Features and opening for tours really didn't count?

Its meant to be hard to break through an artist. However I will say in the next patch ive made adjustments to increases in rep via supporting a bigger artist, you should see a difference there.
