I've run into a problem with the music writing coaching and the production coaching. I've been training one of my artists to be a song writer, he started with 0 writing ability but is now at 44 but he is still unable to write song. He doesn't appear on the songwriters list and and in his stats it still says he can't write.

 

I am also unable to start music production coaching. I click the 'arrange coaching' button and get the pop-up asking me if I'm sure and after I click Yes nothing happens
