Can't Load Saves

I can't load both of my saves. One is on the leaderboard and the other is not. I was playing my first one and I was trying to create a group from Audition when I couldn't. I then saved and reloaded the game but encountered the same problem. I closed the game out and reopened it but then it wouldn't load at all. I tried loading my other account but it got stuck close to being loaded too. I've done this several times and also restarted my computer. I've created a group on both accounts through Auditions before and did not encounter this problem. I've played on both of them for about 8 hours each.

 

I just created a new profile and have no problems but I noticed that when setting my CEO stats, I only had 200 points and before, I was given 300.
