I think first suggestion would be hard to implement, but second sounds very good for me.

I have some suggestions ;): -collaborations with bands, -being able to create solo singles/albums of our bands' members, -our bands' members should be on the list of our artist so that we could do more with them, -we should be able to do coaching of them and it should increase stats of this artist's band, -creating a bands in the game(not auditions, but existing artists) -a general increase of the sales (I know that we can edit it ourselves, but in my opinion it should be bigger in the game from the beggining) -more video views (nowadays biggest hits easily reach 1kk views), -you may add youtube subscribes, overall youtube views of the artist/band or something like that, -continuous views of videos (views shouldn't fall to zero daily), -we should be able to choose release dates of videos, -increase in the views of old videos when artist is releasing new video or gaining followers, -the increase of fans (social media) should be bigger when artist or band have just released a big hit, -the demanded amount to buy out artist contract may be higher, -we should be able to do a remix of produced song, -events like meeting with fans, -interviews, photo sessions etc. -fewer relationships with a big age gap, and more from the same country, -labels should be able to buy shares of other labels, -we shouldn't be able to book artist/band on too many TV shows in one day and few times to the same show in one day (screen1) and choose the date when max artist/bands are booked(screenshot2). -sending chosen band members to tv shows, -the date of debut in artist's/band's information, -biggest hit in artist info, -we should be able to choose country or countries in tour location or criteria when the game picks arenas for you, -now we must set filters every time when we are picking each arena, -there is a bug with picking areas, we can't select arena in few positions (screenshot4 for example) -you may fix release dates of artists/bands (screenshot3), -please fix bug with retirements-dissapearing artists/bands (I know that you wrote that you will fix it, but I remind you because actually it's the biggest problem for me in the game), sorry if my english is poor, I hope that you will understand my suggestions :P

On Sunday I saved and quit the game. Today I loaded a save and on my bands list wasn't Red Velvet, in music world too, but few others bands like The Chainsmokers, Fifth Harmony also disappeared. Band members are still visible in music world, their band status shows that they are still in bands, and signed to labels. Bands' singles and albums are still on charts when you look for them. I had my own edited db, but the same thing also happened one time with original database and I had to start from beginning. Retirements are off.
