I did, as I say, I get notifications for albums just not singles. Maybe its me, I will double check

When I release an album I get a pop up message and an email reminding me its been released that week. When I release a single I don't get the same messages. Can the game send you a message when your artists release a single as I often forget so don't track the sales!

I like to compete with the other record labels with the end game being your record label is the best in the game. It gives you a long term goal, the CEO chart was a good way to judge this -

In version 1 we had a CEO chart where all the label heads scored points and had their own chart. It is a similar idea to a record label chart. For me the aim of the game was to become the best record label so this chart was an indicator of this -

I don't think its reasonable to expect Mark to include a comprehensive real life database for a game that's free. This is something the community can do if some members feel it is needed. This is how it has worked with similar games down the years ( I remember a number of mods for chart wars 3 back in the day all created by different people)
