okay, so i have got some artists found from the scouting options but what do you do and how do you do something with them because they are just their doing nothing

When you re release an album on TR2S does the sales add on to the previous sales as well? So if i re release a back catalogue album it wont delete/ get rid of the previous sales and will add on to them?
