Are you using version .919? Do you have an errorlog file?

some will do quick deal others might have other offers and consider for few days.

This is very late but when I try to offer a previous artist I had a contract I get the demanded amount which in my case is $350M but when I try to counter offer the max I can offer is $100M. How do I get my artist back?
