  1. I think it would be cool if there Is an option to make different types of audio formats (cds, vinyl, downloads and streaming) time locked. So streaming sales won't be available until 2005 but it won't peak until the late 2010s. Streaming would rise starting early 2010s while digital downloads would be at it peak.

It could also affect the industry sales and stuff. For example, in the late early 2000s CDS dominated and when you compared it to earlier years unit wise it is lower. Despite the units being low, the industry peaked revenue wise. The top selling album numbers could be similar within one another, but have anomalies. (Like Adele)

Also, I'm not sure if the game charts are weighted by numbers sales but it would be cool if it's weighted different in different times (like 20% downloads, 40% streaming, 40% radio)

I know it's a lot to add especially when you integrate it with trends and etc but it's just a suggestion. Thanks for constantly updating the game, Mark!!! spacer.png

  2. Deluxe albums are released after a few months while reissue is like a year?. A recent example of an reissue is Dua Lipa's Future Nostalgia: The Moonlight Edition. It was a reissue of Future Nostalgia which was released late 2019. Ariana just recently released a deluxe edition of positions after 4 months. But deluxe albums can be released at the same time of the original album. Or deluxe albums could be a way to increase physical sales by limiting it to physical editions and not adding it to streaming.

I think it would be a great addition. Also I think it would be cool if we can bonus tracks to albums.

Ive had a look at some spotify statistics and it seemss that the best commercial singles that have been huge hits worldwide(e.g despacito (which was huge worldwide), Dance monkey, circles etc.) only get 50 million streams in a week maximum. I see that in game, album songs are getting around 40 - 50 million streams on spotify. So something is not right here. I think album streams need dramatically decreasing. Maybe only allowing the top 3 best songs on the album (rated by commercial rating) can only get high album streams and chart on the singles charts.

im not sure if this is fixed but a workaround is highly increasing the streaming sales in the editor for every country. Most countries are at 1000-2000 sales per stream range. the streaming number would still be high, but the sales should decrease.

  4. I easily always get max hype on albums. My artist hype slowly max too. But my singles and video hype never get much reaction. I don't think I ever had a single/video get past the halfway point in hype.
