Just wanted to confirm,  the mod is indeed cancelled. 

Files were on my old PC and sadly can't retrieve them. 

I'll be making a better one, it's not going to be on this thread or from this handle.

EDIT: just noticed it's only artists that don't work but celebrities do work but I search a celebrity and it comes up with them at the top, then a list of all the artists

A Temporary solution would be to type an artist name eg, Drake. 

The Artist list would spawn immediately replacing the celebrities list. 

Hopefully it'll get Fixed.

Update....

 I am making a mod for r2s version 1.2 and 1.3 when it's  polished and released.

It's going to be based on the real world data from 2020-2021.

I know there's a lot of artistes and bands you Stan and is missing from the database, suggest the ones you feel should exist in the game, mainstream or not🥂

Hi, there's a minor problem with 1.2 regarding record keeping.  It automatically stops counting longest weeks at #1 after 9 weeks on the charts while my single hit a 13th week at the top. 

I'd appreciate if you look into this in future updates.

Well you can have an r&b artist like "The Weeknd" make a pop album despite it not being his main genre and also change genre. 

So in a way what your asking for is already implemented.  Just have to be a Lil more creative. XĐ
