Nvm, had to reboot it a few times but it passed june 15.. my artist got a #1 too yay

i am just sitting here for several minutes and idk what to do

I save on June 10th abd then I try to sim a week to next monday so i can see the new charts and it stalls on saturday june 15.. not sure what to do because i’ve restarted the game twice now and the save is always on june 10

Also, yes I did do a save recently but idk how to go to an earlier save

How is it corrupted? Why would i start again if i could lose it all again? i put hundreds of hours into this save file

Hi @Mark First off thanks for all the dedication on this game I love it sooo much. I've been playing this save file for months now, starting from 2013. I'm now at the end of 2019 and I decided to release an album and tour for my artist Nicki Minaj on the in game date October 7th 2019. The problem is I saved the game on this monday because I thought that I was done playing for the day but then I decided I wanted to play some more. When I reopened the game my entire save file is just blank... Blank everything, no emails, no charts, no artists, etc. I lost all of my money and artists... But the weirdest part about this is that when I sim 1 day, I'm still earning money... I simmed a week to see if it would just reset itself and show my artists again and nothing.. but my money went up and then it crashed on the saturday of that week. I reopened the game and tried it again...... it crashed again.. Nothing is working I do I don't know what to do at this point and I'm pretty frustrated because this is my favorite game. Please help if anyone knows how to solve this :(((((.

This keeps popping up everyday and will not allow me to sim more than 1 day ahead, even though I don't even have an artist with any offers. Please help @Mark

No... and it's happening in all of my databases... Should I delete the files or something because it's gonna make it unplayable. @Mark

I'm having trouble because for some reason my databases are just filled with the artist Cheryl Cole. Here's a video. There's thousands and I don't know how to get rid of them or why they're there so that I can start a new game....

why would you need more than 300 songs? chances are, a majority of them aren't even worth releasing so you'd be better off selling them anyways

Is there any way to downgrade my version? I was very happy with my game on version .921 but ever since updating I've stopped playing it because it's very agitating to spend hundreds of hours working on your label and artists' and have to start over. I was ok with starting over when moving to version 1.3 but now I just don't want to keep restarting every time.

I agree but I think that the sales should be minimal. Maybe between 3k and 25k since they're only album tracks. But I've had album tracks go #1 with over 500k sales just from streams, and in real life artists kind of let the fans pick the next single. They sometimes wait to see which songs from the album do the best and then start promoting them and that's what I've been doing now with the album tracks because it's helpful to see how they'll do as singles.

Also, do video streams affect the album or single's sales for that week or am I just wasting my time?

Hi, just wondering how to view how many times a song or album is streamed, or if its even possible at all.... I know that the year end report shows the top albums but the top streamed songs show as the artist's name instead of the name of the song.

It would be nice if I were able to see where an album track charted... Some of mine have gone top 10 but there is no way to know that besides remembering it... Also, A song from the album went #1 as an album track, but it doesn't show up under chart history, even though it went #1 as both a single, and then later as an album track.. It's strange because the single "Over" went #1 for 3 weeks in the US months before repeaking at #1 as an album track... but now it won't even show up as it going #1 this week, it's like the album track and single are two different songs, because it says that over is charting at 112 in the US, but the album track is currently at #1.

Wow... that's insane I havent experienced that yet... do the album tracks stay stable?

I think it's accurate though, if your artist is a streaming force then 6 is very realistic. In real life Drake charted like 8 songs in the top 10. In my game he charted 5 songs in the top 10! I don't think that this will occur for every artist though, so I am very happy honestly

First off I LOVE that you were able to allow album tracks to chart, but the fact that they are only able to be streamed and not purchased is a bit unrealistic to me. There have been many times where songs have reached #1 on iTunes just as album tracks, a recent example of this is Ariana Grande's deluxe album tracks all reaching the top 3 on iTunes. I think that it would be more realistic if they sold "Digital" sales, because to my understanding that is this game's equivalent to iTunes and other digital marketplaces. Overall I am so in love with this game! Thank you it was so worth the wait and more! @Mark
