Outstanding offers

This keeps popping up everyday and will not allow me to sim more than 1 day ahead, even though I don't even have an artist with any offers.

My suggestion would be turn all artists automatic AI’s on for a day then see what happens once you turn them back on to manual

This happened to me too a couple of days ago. Still have not found the solution. Please let me know if you have resolved the issue.

that happened to me once, i think i turned of ai and turned back on after 1 week or it just automatically stopped after a while
