What is "Transfer of back catalogue rights"?

I was making a contract on my game until I realized that I don't know what is "transfer of back catalogue rights". If I mark this option, all the catalogue is going to the artist or the label? I can only think about Taylor Swift reading this. Somebody can help me?

omg if this is true i will resign all my artists without that

I believe it means that you will not be able to reissue any albums once the artist leaves the label.
