Can't add an artist on a band

I'm trying to create new bands in the editor, but I can't add the artists in the bands. They do not appear in the list of available artists when I try to edit band members, and when I edit the artist directly and put him in a band, the band remains empty.

I uploaded the database I'm editing. I created the band LUSS and the artists Nonlapan and Sirasith for this band, however they do not appear in the list of available artists. The same happens with the band Oh! GG, where only 3 of the 5 artists created do not appear as available.

So the problem here is that you have signed them to a label. If you go to the artist and you go to contract and clear the label and save they should then be available for the band to be assigned.
