Yeah this happened to me in one of my earlier games as well. In my case, after the 1st year, the list looked correct but when I get onto the 2nd year, the data for the 1st year becomes duplicated (between highest reputation and most awards won). I thought @Mark has fixed this, but seems like it's still there.
